You’ll get a unique PIN code and a designated locker.

Public Locker Sofia is situated at the city center of Sofia at 14 Lavele street, just a minute away from Serdika Metro Station, which is a direct line to Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport.
HOW TO ENTER INTO PUBLIC LOCKER SOFIA?
- Enter your PIN code at the front door and go inside.
- Find your locker and wait for the sound signal.
- When you hear the signal, open the door of your locker immediately (don’t wait for the sound to stop).
- Take your time to arrange your luggage inside.
- Close the door of your locker.
- Push the Exit button at the front door and go out.
You can enter as many times as you need within the booking period.
CAN I GO BACK AND ENTER AGAIN IF I NEED TO TAKE SOMETHING?

WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT I CAN STORE?
The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 30 kgs/ 66 pounds.
HOW LONG MY RESERVATION LASTS?
One reservation period lasts 24 hours, starting at 00:00 and ending at 23:59 the same day.
Please note that you won’t be able to get into the Public Locker after midnight on the day of the reservation.
CAN I PAY IN CASH OR WITH A CARD AT THE SPOT?
No, you can book and pay only online.
CAN I GET REFUND?
You can ask for a refund not later than 3 days before your reservation date.
