Public Locker Sofia is located at 14 Lavele Street in Sofia city center, just a 2-minute walk from Serdika Metro Station and close to Vitosha Boulevard.

There is a direct metro connection from Sofia Airport Terminal 2 to Serdika Station via the M4 line.

  1. Enter your PIN code at the front door and go inside.
  2. Find your locker and wait for the sound signal.
  3. When you hear the signal, open the door of your locker immediately (don’t wait for the sound to stop).
  4. Take your time to arrange your luggage inside.
  5. Close the door of your locker.
  6. Push the Exit button at the front door and go out.

You can enter as many times as you need within the booking period.

Yes. You can come and go as many times as you need during your booking.

No. Bookings cannot be extended.

If you need a locker for another day, please make a new booking and move your luggage to your new locker.

The maximum total weight per locker is 30 kg / 66 lb.

Your booking is valid until 23:59 on the selected end date. Each calendar day is charged separately.

Please note that you won’t be able to get into the Public Locker after midnight on the last day of your reservation.

No. All bookings and payments are made online. You can pay securely online by debit or credit card.

Yes. Public Locker Sofia is an indoor facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and personal PIN code access.

Yes. You can request a refund up to 3 days before your booking date. Email us at info@publiclocker.bg with the name used for the booking and your booking date.

    Since there's no luggage storage at the airport, we had to travel to Sofia with our suitcases. We found this service, which saved us several hours of luggage storage.     The lockers are placed conveniently close to the center of Sofia, they are very simple to open and use, and they helped me and my friends a lot during our day in Sofia, where we had big (60L) packs and the lockers let us not carry the massive weight of them around the city. They have big, spacious lockers (we could fot 2 of our bags in every locker)!

    If you have internet access, it’s very easy to use. Even if you don’t have mobile data, you can still use it by making a reservation beforehand and following the instructions. We made a reservation quickly while standing at the door and unlocked it with the code provided. The directions were simple and easy to understand. The location was also very central. One locker was enough for two cabin-size suitcases and two large backpacks.

    Fantastic location 3 min walk from the Serdika metro station (M4 and M2 line), and for us about a 2 min walk from our apartment. The booking process is very easy and allocates a locker and entry code by email. Use the code to open the main door and then the locker automatically opens. you can easily fit 2 large cabin bags, two large rucksacks with space to spare. wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone
